Spiced garlic prawns and calamari
I made this dish on an Instagram live for Thermomix UK & Ireland. I quite often make it with just prawns, as Calamari can be hard to get hold of and it’s expensive.
Main courses
Pochetta with Orange, Fennel, Chilli & Sage
This one comes recommended by my lovely customer, Louise, who says it’s her number 1 for dinner parties.
Marry me Chicken
The name alone makes this an obvious Valentines choice!
Good old desserts
Obviously sticky toffee pudding has to be on there, it’s one of the quickest and tastiest desserts to make in your Thermi but here are some others.
These are made in little heart shaped ramekins (bought from the pound shop but look a lot like le Creuset!)
This is one of my favourites, I’ve sold many a Thermomix on this dessert alone! It’s delicious.
