How does it work? It can be used as a blade cover for slow cooking and sous vide just like the original blade cover. As a peeler it scrubs and peels soft vegetables like potatoes, carrots and parsnips.

Hi They aren’t available to buy yet but I will let everyone know once they are.I did have some as host gifts (when you host a demo with friends) but these ran out really quickly and they’re now out of stock all over Europe!
