After a long time of wanting to get a Thermomix, I recently took advantage of a great deal and I am now in the possession of a TM6. I am A keen chef, by no means professional, but I am loving creating new recipes and getting some fantastic ideas from the Cookidoo website. My partner is also becoming a great cook, this is fantastic as he always used to buy ready meals and is now creating some beautiful dishes thanks to the beautifully simple and comprehensive interface on the TM6. Kelse, my Thermomix representative, went above and beyond with helping me acquire and understanding my Thermomix and has followed up with fantastic customer support and advice. I highly recommend recommending using her services if you are wisely thinking of buying a Thermomix TM6 or any other accessories

We love our Thermomix, Kels is a regular at the Larder, helped us enormously with knowledge of what we could do with a Thermomix. I purchased my TM just a couple weeks ago. I had been googling TM for a very long time before that. Kels is not the advisor local to my city but I chose her. The demo zoom was very informative and none of my questions went unanswered which I imagine is standard for advisors. With no reservations I purchased. Right from the day my TM arrived, Kels has been on the other end of WhatsApp or phone to answer anything TM related at all. I texted Kels to tell her I had just unboxed my TM and after a few instant text replies to my initial queries she phoned me. I hadn’t planned on using my machine on day one but Kels asked what ingredients I had in my house and with those she suggested suitable meals and sent recipe links instantly and encouraged (insisted 🤣) that I make dinner ‘tonight!’ using my TM. In at the deep end, I followed one of her suggested recipes and realised using TM guided recipe was pretty much foolproof. If Kels hadn’t encouraged me to start cooking right away I might be to this day just looking at my TM apprehensively. I’m very glad I chose Kels as my advisor. Would recommend her every time. Her website is great for all up to date information. Kels is very friendly, super helpful and makes me think that no question is silly. Her WhatsApp group is so good - a great central point to share recipes/ideas. Kels answers any TM queries very quickly which is beyond appreciated. Would recommend Kels every time (maybe I said that already!). To sum up… Encouragement and enthusiasm is what i get from Kels!

I’ve had my thermomix for over a year now and love it as much now as I did when I brought it. Buying through kels was such an easy process and I love the zoom cooking classes she does. She’s always available if any help is needed although it’s all very self explanatory so not much help is needed

I purchased my first Thermomix via Kels. Kels allowed me to join both her demo and cooking classes via zoom for a while before I committed to purchasing one and answered all my questions and put my mind as ease. It isn't a cheap product so I was wary and the option to try for 14 days or return for a full refund offered peace of mind. After purchasing Kels did an online demo, going through unboxing, looking at the apps, where to login and generally getting me going. Two weeks later we chatted again and she answered any queries I had, mostly about filters. I also had the opportunity to join Kels in Southampton at the Thermomix shop with her team leaders and Thermomix customers for demonstrations around a Christmas theme. I am so impressed with the Thermomix and Kels supportive and professional attitude I purchased a second one, as had my daughter, sister and friend who constantly swap ideas and recipes. Kels has a great Instagram and Facebook Page along with a WhatsApp page where everyone helps each other and gives recommendations on what they have cooked, goes well or doesn't. When buying from Kels you don't just get a machine, you get a family .

I can't even begin to say how amazing Kels is.... she's not just selling you a Thermomix, she's then continually giving you help, recipes, advice, links, ideas.... if you're unsure of the technology, she's there every step of the way, and way beyond.
