Thermomix cutter plus for TM7 - how to use

The Thermomix TM7 Cutter plus is available to buy and I’ve made a video run through (below) to help you with how to use it and put it together. It comes in two parts – the cutter and spiraliser.

Why is it called ‘Cutter+’ when the original TM6 one was just the ‘Cutter’?
The Plus part of the cutter refers to the spiraliser/spiralizer – the TM6 cutter was available to buy with or without the spiraliser but you can only buy the TM7 one as the complete set.

What does the Cutter plus do?
You can slice, grate or spiralise with the Cutter plus.

What can you use the cutter plus for?
Grate lots of cheese so you don’t have to buy pre-grated in the supermarket (they add things like flour and cornflour to it to stop it sticking together) grate carrots for salads, slice potatoes for dauphinoise, you can now make coleslaw with grated ingredients instead of chopped. Don’t forget the thermomix coleslaw is done in only 3 seconds and you can make your own mayonnaise in your Thermomix too!

Are there Cookidoo recipes that use the cutter and spiraliser? Yes – here are a few of them for you

Chicken Buddha bowl (Thermomix® Cutter, using modes)

Thai cucumber salad (Thermomix® Cutter)

Apple tart (Thermomix® Cutter, using modes)
