We had our annual conference in Wales this year (it moves around the UK & Ireland and this year it was in Cardiff, Wales). We celebrated lots of awards that were achieved in 2023 and the best bit is always to catch up with so many of my colleagues and friends from around the UK & Ireland.  
I was so pleased to receive a few awards including a lifetime achievement award for 750 sales and 20 recruits. I even had some stage fireworks for it! I think I’m the first in the UK & Ireland to have ever achieved it which is extra exciting. 
Marcus Wareing was our celebrity chef and I bumped into him before the awards – I did his family photos over 10 years ago when I had my photography studio in Kingston.
