Discover the Power of Food, Gut Health & the ZOE Approach
Free online Cooking Class Wednesday 25th April at 7pm
I’m excited to invite you to a very special free cooking class, where we’ll be diving into the powerful connection between food, gut health, and long-term wellbeing.
In this session, I’ll be joined by Marea Brennan Thorns—an experienced nurse prescriber specialising in skin health, an independent advocate for ZOE, and someone with a deep passion for the microbiome and its role in our overall health.
Marea brings a wealth of knowledge and real-life experience. After building and running her successful Oxfordshire Skin Clinics business for over 30 years, she recently made a lifestyle shift and relocated to the beautiful New Forest. But her journey goes far beyond her professional achievements.
As a bowel cancer survivor and self-described chemo warrior, Marea has experienced first-hand just how critical nutrition and gut health can be. Following her treatment, she focused on rebuilding her health through food—embracing the ZOE approach to cooking and nutrition. The results have been transformative, improving her gut microbiome and overall wellbeing.
Now, she’s passionate about sharing what she’s learned—helping others understand how everyday cooking choices can have a profound impact on long-term health.
What to expect from the class:
Practical, delicious recipes inspired by the ZOE approach
Insights into gut health and the microbiome
Tips on cooking for better energy, digestion, and resilience
A chance to learn from Marea’s inspiring personal journey
