- 300 g broccoli, divided into florets
- 1 red pepper (approx. 150 g), deseeded and cut in pieces
- 1 apple (approx. 100 g), cut in quarters
- 30 g pine nuts or 30 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g olive oil
- 15 g fruit vinegar or 15 g white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt or 1 tsp herb salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
Place everything in the mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 4.
Notes
You can switch or leave out anything you’d like – I leave out the apple if you’d like it less sweet.
