Good morning
I would really like to buy a thermomix and was looking at these on the Vorwerk website. I noticed that they only accept payments by bank transfer not card or pay pal. I then looked at the reviews on trust pilot and the majority are 1-star and say the product is often faulty and after sales is non existent for repairs.
Could you let me know what the return / repair / fault rate is with you and whether there are warranties / guarantees for faults?

Hi that’s a spam website. They create one that looks real but they ask for bank transfers. Thermomix never discount.
